The Company’s Quality Management System is certified in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 international standard and covers all our core business operations. Our Quality Management System has identified the procedures the company operates by and their sequence and interactions. As part of its quality system, the company has laid down the criteria and methods needed to effectively implement processes, by ensuring that the required resources and information are available. In addition, the main processes are monitored and measured, firstly to confirm that predefined objectives are being met and secondly to promote their continuous improvement.

SingularLogic has set an Environmental Management System in place which has been certified in line with the requirements of the international environmental standard ISO 14001 and covers all SingularLogic’s core business operations.

Our Environmental Management System recognises the environmental aspects and any impacts of company operations on the environment, and also specifies those environmental programmes and targets that will effectively help avoid environmental pollution and will ensure a continuous improvement in environmental performance.
It also ensures that the environmental legislative and regulatory framework is constantly monitored and that company compliance with it is effectively checked.

SingularLogic has also put in place an Information Safety Management System (ISMS) certified in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 27001 international standard. The operations this covers relate to:

Planning & development, sales, integration of software solutions and project management for classified projects implemented at the company’s HQ in Athens, and
Providing hosting and IT system/infrastructure management services at the company’s data centers in Athens.

The objectives in implementing the ISMS were:\

  • To protect computing resources and the information being transmitted to SingularLogic’s various business units against any internal or external threat, whether deliberate or random
  • To systematically evaluate and assess risks relating to information security and to ensure that they are correctly managed in good time
  • To file data, avoid viruses and hacking, control access to systems, record all security incidents and manage unexpected developments
  • To keep management and staff constantly updated about information security issues and to run the appropriate training courses for staff
  • To ensure company Management is fully committed to faithfully implementing and constantly improving an ISMS that complies with the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard.

Bureau Veritas certified SingularLogic’s IT Service Management System (ITSM) in accordance with the requirements of the international ISO 20000-1:2011 standards, for its IT Datacenter services (as per ITSM Service Catalogue).

The  Service Management System aims at:

  • Delivering high quality IT services, to:
  •  Attain specifications, service level goals and contractual obligations towards customers
  •  Provide increased levels of availability and reliability of its offered services
  •  Promptly response to Customer requests within agreed time frames
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements  
  • Maximize the utilization of SingularLogic’s IT resources.
  • Design, implement, monitor, review, maintain and optimize its ITSM in accordance to ISO 20000-1, which ensures optimized performance and effectiveness of its services and maximum customer satisfaction, through internal audits, periodic reviews of information systems and services provided, customer satisfaction research, as well as reviews held regularly by qualified third parties.
