Managed Hosting

This service entails hosting, managing and supporting infrastructure, systems and applications at the SingularLogic Data Center. SingularLogic can host any size of infrastructure and bandwidth to suit the client’s needs.

The basic Managed Hosting package includes hosting of physical or virtual database servers, application service provision (ASP), data storage, server monitoring, Management Operations services, Data Center Operator tasks, Remote Connection services, Daily Backup Services and an ΙΤ service desk.

SingularLogic offers a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ensures a high level of system availability (99.99%).

Large and medium-sized companies. It is particularly suitable for companies:

  • Whose hardware is nearing the end of its life and want to use a data center by renting resources and premises.
