SingularLogic, a member of Space Hellas Group, designed and implemented an expense management solution for DELTA employees based on their specific needs. The solution is part of DELTA's continuous digital transformation, offering an automated and optimized form of monitoring and managing personnel expenses.
The solution is fully integrated into the Microsoft 365 environment, based on the Microsoft Power Platform. It allows users to register their invoices with the relevant documents, track their progress, and be automatically updated via email. In addition, it includes approval procedures and monitoring by the Finance Department, as well as the ability to manage advances with related applications, approvals, and offsets with invoices.
An important feature of the new solution is its two-way connection with the SAP system operated by DELTA. Through the platform, accounting records are automatically created in SAP, while SAP updates the platform with the details of the company's employees, ensuring seamless data integration and synchronization, and thereby, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of the system.
The solution makes it easier for employees and the company's Finance Department to handle expense processes in a safe and easy-to-use environment. The main benefits of the new solution include the automation of processes and the optimization of approval flows, facilitating management and control. It offers flexibility in managing advances and reduces bureaucracy, avoiding mistakes and double registrations. In addition, it enhances DELTA's ability to monitor and manage employee expense reports with greater accuracy and speed while improving procedures for its executives and the Finance Department.
