PCS successfully supports Alpha Bank’s share capital increase

PCS SA, a member of SingularLogic Group and a leading software provider of integrated investment management solutions, provided comprehensive IT support to Alpha Services and Holdings during its Share Capital Increase (SCI) process, successfully.

PCS Corporate Actions Platform, covered the entire range of share capital increase procedures, including the collection of the application forms from the bank’s network and the operators’ files, as well as the final clearing, distribution and dispatch of the respective files to the Hellenic Exchange.

Αdditionally, during the clearing process PCS provided specialized consultants to assist the bank’s executives. Alpha Bank’s SCI, beyond its importance for the broader banking sector, was from an IT point of view, a process of increased difficulty due to considerable large amounts of data and the specific terms of the SCI.
