SingularLogic: New outsourcing service contract with Hygeia Group

Athens, 17th September 2014: SingularLogic signed a new 5-year outsourcing service contract with the Hygeia Group.

According to the provisions of the new contract, SingularLogic shall continue to provide the Hygeia Group with management, maintenance and support services for the Model Hospital Management System (MHMS). The system is based on the SAP ERP platform and the vertical SAP Hospital Information System solution.

MHMS is an innovative SAPAG-certified hospital management system, which supports all business functions for all Hygeia Group hospitals in Greece and abroad. In this way, it offers consistent and comprehensive management for the entire spectrum of healthcare services and the respective resources by providing timely and valid information through a host of administrative reports and key performance indices (KPIs).

According to the provisions of the new outsourcing contract, SingularLogic will offer:

Management, maintenance and support services for the Integrated IT System of the Hygeia Group Re-engineering and process modeling services for the Model Hospital Unit Implementation of electronic health record (EHR) for patients
