New IT Infrastructure Services & Support Division General Manager

Athens, September 12, 2016: Mr. Tassos Alefantos was recently appointed General Manager of the IT Infrastructure Services & Support Division at SingularLogic.

Mr. Tassos Alefantos possesses long-term experience as a Top Management Executive in the areas of Information Technology and Telecommunications in companies like the LYSYS Group and ENCODE, where he served as Advisor to the Board, Globo Technologies where he was Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Athens International Airport where he held the position of IT & Telecommunications Operations & Data Center Services Manager for more than 10 years, and more.

He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire in Hatfield, UK. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified ISO20000 Auditor and Certified in the Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). Mr. Alefantos is one of the founders, the chairman and international representative of the Greek chapter of IT Service Management Forum (ITSMF Hellas).

As General Manager of the IT Infrastructure Services & Support Division, Mr. Alefantos’ duties include the efficient development and growth of the division with the aim of enhancing the company's competitive advantage in its targeted markets.
