New Solutions for the Catering and Hospitality Sectors by SingularLogic

Athens, 7th February 2013: Following in its rather thriving footsteps in the fields of catering and hospitality, SingularLogic will present its new applications ARTius Restaurant and Galaxy Hotel, which are designed to fully meet all needs of modern day catering and hospitality businesses, at the HO.RE.CA exhibition. More specifically:

ARTius Restaurant is designed to accommodate the requirements of catering businesses (cafés, restaurants, pubs, bars, fast-food restaurants, multi-purpose venues, take-away restaurants) for both individual stores and store chains. It offers order management, wireless order taking, table reservation calendar, take-away service, kitchen display, delivery and warehouse monitoring, and it interfaces with other SingularLogic commercial applications. It also provides a range of interface options with specialized retail equipment (PoS, tax printers, scanners, security cameras, card readers, new generation weighing systems etc.), while configuration and reporting are easily performed through the Internet and no installation is required.

Galaxy Hotel is the most advanced solution for the complete management and automation of modern hotel units, hotel chains and accommodations, based on the novel Galaxy technology by SingularLogic. It incorporates all front-office operations, i.e. room & reservation calendars, pricelists, special packages (all inclusive, half board etc.), proforma invoicing/summary invoicing, debtors/customer history, internal control, reporting, contract management, groups & allotments, housekeeping. Additionally, it features a centralised booking system and booking channel distribution management (web booking), sales management, wireless order taking, interface with external systems (telephone centres, locking system, PAY TV), customer relationship management (CRM) applications, and connectivity with SingularLogic’s commercial and accounting applications.

These new applications are in fact integrated IT solutions for software and hardware which can be deployed throughout the enterprise offering a central monitoring database. This way they enable total control over enterprise operations and provide material information, thus granting owners a competitive advantage. These new solutions will be introduced at the HO.RE.CA exhibition, the biggest trade fair for the hospitality and food service industry, in which SingularLogic will be participating along with its partners Computing Business Solutions, Lighthouse and Navarino Services / SABRE. You can find us at the Cafes/Food Service Hall (Hall 1/Stand B05) and the Hotel Equipment Hall (Hall 3/Stand D41). The exhibition will take place from 8 to 11 February 2013 (10:00 am – 20:00 pm), at the Metropolitan Expo exhibition centre at the Athens International Airport.
