SingularLogic: BoD Chairman, M. Kariotoglou, assumes the role of Managing Director

Athens, 23rd April 2014. SingularLogic announces that Mrs Marika Labrou, SingularLogic Managing Director, has submitted her resignation that has been accepted by the Board of Directors who thanked Mrs Labrou for her contribution over the past 9 years.

Mr Michalis Kariotoglou, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will assume the role of Managing Director. Mr Kariotoglou was among the founding members in 1984 and has also served as Technical Manager and R&D Manager. He holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Chelsea College and an M.Sc. in Communications Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology.

SingularLogic BoD Chairman and new Managing Director, Mr Kariotoglou stated:
