SingularLogic implements the Oracle Customer Experience – Sales Cloud project for MYTILINEOS
Athens, Monday, November 13, 2017: SingularLogic has undertaken to implement the Oracle Customer Experience – Sales Cloud project for MYTILINEOS S.A. The company is a leader in Greece in the metallurgy, EPC projects, electricity and natural gas trading sectors, with a significant international presence as well.
The project will meet MYTILINEOS S.A.’s Sales Force Automation needs. The solution will be used to design and monitor the action plans for mobile sales reps, to ensure direct, comprehensive customer relations management for both leads and existing customers (B2B).
Once the project is implemented, the company will be able to use mobile phones, tablets and the web to allow its network of sales reps to have a comprehensive, overall picture about customers thanks to direct access to all relevant information, meaning they can offer better, more personalized service.
