A “week of love” by SingularLogic

Athens, January 11th 2016: As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility programme, SingularLogic dedicated one whole week to actions of meaningful social and benevolent cause launching the “Week of Love” initiative during the holidays.

In more detail, from 14 to 18 December, the SingularLogic Group hosted and supported the Christmas bazaars organised by 4 social institutions: the Hadjipatereio Rehabilitation Centre for children with cerebral palsy, the Smile of the Child organisation, the Greek Association of Alzheimer Disease and Relative Disorders, and the Association for the Protection of the Unborn Child “Agalia”.

It was also the 3rd consecutive year that the Group organized the “Morning Love Buffet” — an awarded action — in both Athens and Thessaloniki. The employees of the SingularLogic Group prepared a buffet with homemade treats which they offered to their colleagues. The purpose of this action was to raise money to be donated to institutions and social bodies selected by vote by the employees themselves. Moreover, especially for the Morning Love Buffet, the SingularLogic team in charge of the Development and Support of the IT Systems for the HYGEIA Group, handcrafted beautiful snowmen which were handed out on the day of the event increasing the impact of the action. Aiming to highlight the significance of this action and to award its employees for their commitment, the Administration of the SingularLogic Group also contributed an important sum to the amount raised by the Morning Love Buffet initiative.

Last but not least, wanting to be an active supporter of the non-profit Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greece, the SingularLogic Group gave its employees the chance to support the “Wish Star” programme, while the company realised the wish of 9-year-old Constantinos to have his own Playstation.

SingularLogic's programme for the support of society is part of the company’s greater Corporate Social Responsibility programme which, among others, includes actions in support of the educational process, of the sports, of health, culture, the conservation of the environment, of local communities, of voluntary blood donation and many more activities.
